Five months of rain grows moss between the shingles and a green film down the north wall. Our crew soft washes it off with biodegradable products, so your plants and your dog are fine while we work.
You finally want the windows open.
Pollen and road dust bake onto the glass all summer and the deck has gone grey. We rinse every exterior pane with deionized water, so nothing is left on the glass to dry into spots.
The leaves drop, then the rain arrives.
This is the week the gutters fill and nobody notices until water runs down the siding. We clear the troughs and the downspouts, and you get photos of both so you can see they are actually empty.
Somebody has to get on the ladder.
We design the light layout, hang it, and take it down in January so the boxes never come back into your garage. If you would rather stop doing this every year, we install permanent LED under the soffits and you run it from your phone.

Yes. We carry $2 million in liability cover and every crew member is WorkSafeBC compliant. If a ladder marks your siding or a pane cracks, we cover it.
Storefronts, strata buildings, offices and parkades, all with one person to call. Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, Bosley's and H&R Block locations are on our route.
For anything outside, no. Leave the side gate unlocked and get on with your day. We only need somebody there when we are cleaning the inside of your glass.
Our soft wash uses biodegradable products at low pressure, so your garden beds, your pets and your paint all come through it. That same low pressure is why we reach for it on stucco and painted siding.
Once the leaves have finished dropping and before the heavy November rain sets in. If you have big maples or cedars over the roof, most owners here end up doing it twice a year.
Every property is a different size, so we quote yours before anyone starts. You get one number, no surprise fees on the invoice, and nobody on our crew is going to upsell you on the driveway.
