You don't pay until you're happy
You know which levels, which surfaces and what outcome before a crew arrives. No mid-job scope changes and no surprises on the final invoice.

Each level is photographed before and after, and any damage or drainage issue we spot gets noted for your maintenance file. Useful when the same question comes up two years later.
The same team handles your commercial exterior cleaning, window cleaning and graffiti removal. Fewer vendors to coordinate, one point of contact, one invoice.

Four stages, adjusted to your surface type and how heavily the parkade is used.
You need a quote your council can approve without a second meeting, and documentation that holds up when the maintenance question resurfaces. We provide written scope, per-level photos, and notice materials residents can actually read.
You are coordinating multiple buildings and multiple vendors. We schedule around your calendar, respond within 24 hours, and handle resident notice so it is not another item on your list.
Customer-facing parkades get judged before anyone reaches your front door. We clean in sections so parking stays available and your tenants keep operating normally.
Residential and commercial levels have different traffic patterns and often different budgets. We can scope and invoice them separately where the building's cost allocation requires it.
Most parkades in the Lower Mainland benefit from cleaning every three to twelve months. High-traffic commercial parkades and buildings with exposed entrance ramps sit at the shorter end, while enclosed residential strata parkades can usually run six to twelve months between cleans.
High pressure sweeping to clear loose debris, targeted degreaser application on oil and tire residue, and a controlled pressure rinse across stalls, drive lanes and ramps. We also hand-detail corners, pillars and curb edges, and photograph each level before and after.
Yes, as an add-on for parkades that need deeper restoration. Commercial grade floor scrubbers handle heavier accumulated buildup and older grime, and this is usually the right call when a parkade has gone several years without a clean.
Fresh and light oil staining generally comes up fully. Oil that has soaked into porous concrete over years will lighten but may not disappear entirely, and we identify those areas during the walkthrough so expectations are set before we start.
We clean in sections so parking stays available throughout, and we coordinate which stalls need to be clear and when. Notice materials are provided ahead of the service so residents can plan around it.
Yes. Pressure and solution are matched to the surface, and we adjust both around painted markings, sealed concrete and any applied coatings so nothing is stripped or etched.
