WashTech provides post construction window cleaning across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, removing paint overspray, silicone, and concrete residue from new build and renovation glass. We clean interior and exterior glass and frames, with tracks available on request, then finish exterior panes with a deionized water rinse for a spot-free result.

New build and renovation glass picks up paint overspray, silicone, and fine construction dust that a standard wipe-down cannot lift. These results show what one post construction window cleaning delivers on local condos, stratas, and new homes. Controlled methods, dust cleared before detailing, no scratches dragged across the glass.

Professional results using commercial-grade equipment
Builders, contractors, property managers, and new homeowners across Greater Vancouver rely on WashTech for post construction window cleaning that lifts bonded residue without scratching new glass. We work across Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and the Tri-Cities, coordinate around your other trades, and set clear expectations before any work starts.
Post construction window cleaning means working on a just-finished site, often at height on a new build and around the fine dust construction leaves behind. Every WashTech job runs fully WorkSafeBC compliant, with safety protocols that protect your property, the other trades on site, and our crew.
We photograph the glass before we start and again once we finish, so you can see exactly what changed. Before we leave, we walk the result with you against what we quoted.
Fresh glass scratches easily, and construction grit dragged across a pane leaves fine scoring that only shows once sunlight hits it. We clear loose dust before any detailing so nothing abrasive moves across the surface, then lift paint, silicone, and concrete with a controlled approach.
Not every cleaner working on new construction in Vancouver carries proper liability coverage, and a damaged pane or finish on a fresh build is an expensive problem. WashTech carries $2 million liability insurance, so the work on your new glass is covered if anything goes wrong.
New windows often come with screens and frame tracks full of construction debris that a glass clean alone does not touch. We can remove, wash, and reinstall screens, and flush out tracks on request, so the whole window unit is handover-ready, not just the glass.
Builders and property managers work to handover dates, so a slow quote can hold up an entire turnover. Submit your request and we respond quickly, with most post construction window cleaning projects completed within three weeks of approval.

CEO & Founder
I started WashTech in 2020 with a window cleaning kit and a straightforward goal. Build something reliable in a space full of inconsistency. Property owners across Vancouver kept telling me the same thing: contractors don't show up on time, don't communicate, and don't take pride in the work. That gap became WashTech.
Born and built in Vancouver, we know this city's buildings, its climate, and what years of West Coast rain and organic growth do to exterior surfaces. What started as window cleaning grew through referrals into gutters, soft washing, pressure washing, and now balcony cleaning services for condos and stratas across the Lower Mainland. With over five years of gutter cleaning experience, three years in soft washing, and a background in carpentry, Aidan holds an Instructor Rating and continues to expand his expertise and share his knowledge with others, a reflection of his lifelong commitment to learning, leadership, and community. I'm Aidan Bar-Lev-Wise, and that standard hasn't changed since day one.

Interior and exterior glass and frames are included. Screens and tracks are available on request, so the full window unit is handover-ready, not just the glass.
