Every bulb hangs on a clip, so nothing gets driven into your roof or trim. Lights you buy carry 4 years of cover for product defects when we install and take them down each year.
What it costs, in plain numbers
A roofline on a Burnaby home, with no trees, may land close to our minimum. Add a second storey, a tree wrap or a lit hedge and the price moves up. From year two you pay labour only.

Share your quote with your council. Lights and labour are separate lines, which makes it easy to review.
Gutters and lights
Leaves collect around the gutters your lights run along. You can add a Burnaby gutter clean to the January takedown visit.

No. We install only the lights we supply, so our cover applies to everything on your home.
Purchased lights carry 4 years of cover for product defects when WashTech installs and takes them down each year. Cover lapses if lights stay up more than 120 days in a row. A service call fee may apply to damage from weather, animals or other people.
