Every bulb hangs on a clip, so nothing gets driven into your roof or trim. Lights you buy carry 4 years of cover for product defects when we install and take them down each year.
What it costs, in plain numbers
Your price depends on how many feet of roofline we light, how high the roof is and which trees or hedges you add. Taller and larger homes run closer to $2,400 in the first year. From year two you pay labour only.

Tall trees make a striking display and take more lights and labour than a roofline. We price them separately so you can decide.

A roofline and an entry often give you enough.
Rain and wind
We hold the lights with clips, never staples or nails. If a strand fails during the season, we come back and fix it.

No. We install only the lights we supply, so our cover applies to everything on your home.
Purchased lights carry 4 years of cover for product defects when WashTech installs and takes them down each year. Cover lapses if lights stay up more than 120 days in a row. A service call fee may apply to damage from weather, animals or other people.
We set your installation date when you book. Book early if you want your lights up by early December.
