Every bulb hangs on a clip, so nothing gets driven into your roof or trim. Lights you buy carry 4 years of cover for product defects when we install and take them down each year.
What it costs, in plain numbers
West Vancouver homes often have longer rooflines and more trees than a typical Vancouver lot, so expect a quote above our typical first year on a larger home. We price from your actual roofline, height and landscaping. From year two you pay labour only.

In Dundarave and Ambleside, it may be the street and the water side. You decide what gets lit.
Steep driveways and large lots
Hillside estates and long driveways take more setup time. Gates, hedges and garden trees can add a lot of feet, so we price each one separately.
Ocean exposure
Waterfront homes and homes near Horseshoe Bay take more wind in winter. We use clips, never staples or nails, and come back if a strand fails. Weather damage isn't part of the product cover, so a service call fee may apply.
