Gutter cleaning on Coquitlam's hills
Hillside streets and forest edges are common here. They set how often your gutters need cleaning, and how we set up for the job.
- Once a year
- A home on an open lot, with no trees over the roof.
- Twice a year
- A home under cedar or fir, or beside the forest. These trees drop needles all year.
Westwood Plateau and Burke Mountain
Steep lots mean taller back walls, so we set up for the height the job needs. Homes beside forest collect needles for more of the year.
Maillardville and older streets
Mature trees over older roofs keep dropping leaves and needles into the gutters.
What it costs
From there, the price depends on your home's height and roof pitch, how much gutter there is, how much debris has built up and what your downspouts need. Windows or other exterior work on the same visit count toward the $350. Our gutter cleaning cost guide has more.
