We quote the job before we start
Homeowners and businesses alike trust WashTech for dependable service, year after year.
Your building envelope. Overflow runs down siding and pools at the foundation instead of exiting through the downspout, which is where slow moisture damage starts.
Your fascia and soffits. Standing debris holds water against the wood behind the gutter, and rot there is far more expensive to fix than a cleaning.
Your roofline. Backed up water migrates under the shingle edge and saturates the roof deck over time.
Your landscaping and hardscaping. Concentrated overflow erodes beds, stains patios, and undermines walkways at the drip line.
Your maintenance budget. Clearing debris on a schedule costs a fraction of fascia replacement, foundation drainage work, or interior moisture remediation.
Our gutter cleaning service clear leaves, needles, moss, and roof grit from every trough, then flush each downspout to confirm water actually exits the system. We clean by hand for control and precision, using a gutter vacuum on the runs where hand access is not practical. Aidan has been cleaning gutters across Greater Vancouver for more than five years, and his carpentry background means the fascia and soffit condition gets looked at while the gutters are open, not after something fails.
Priced separately, and quoted before we start:
We are direct about that second list because the most common complaint we hear about other companies is a scope surprise on the invoice. If your gutters need brightening or a downspout needs to come apart, you will know before we start, not after.
If your home already has guards fitted, removal is not always necessary. On most systems we clean the guards in place and clear the debris that collects on top of them.

Once a year is the baseline for most properties here. Homes under cedar or fir, and anything on the North Shore or a forested lot, generally need twice a year because coniferous needles shed year round rather than dropping in one autumn window.
No, a standard clean is debris removal and downspout flushing. Removing tiger striping and oxidation from the outside face is gutter brightening, which we offer as a separate service and quote before starting.
Roof height and pitch, total linear footage of gutter, the number of downspouts, how much debris has accumulated, and access constraints such as tight lot lines or landscaping. Send photos or your address and we will come back with a quote, usually within 24 hours.
Light rain is generally fine and does not affect results. We reschedule for high wind or heavy storms, because working a roofline in those conditions is not worth the risk to our crew or your property.
Our work carries a satisfaction guarantee. If you see overflow or a persistent clog after we have been out, tell us and we will come back and address it.
